This short letter is still waiting to be inscribed. It is lost somewhere in a large collection of papers, which shows up one of the main problems of manual systems - you can't use a simple search option!

Microfilming has little application these days, because storage on CDs DVDs, had drives and memory sticks is so cheap and powerful that other methods of making information available have lost their edge.

I will probably have to scan a hard-print library copy of this letter and then scan it in OCR to be able to add it.
